1. RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Order once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded or returned under any circumstances.

Please note: Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources.

2. ALTERATION POLICY

You can place request for alterations for any size & fit issues within 7 days of order delivery, by accessing your order from the “My Account” Tab available on the Homepage of our website.

For alteration, you will need to deliver the Product to us at the address in Mumbai, India.  You need to contact us on Whatsapp on +91-981-962-1896 or via email kiranguptalabel@gmail.com for the exact address for delivery.

Once we receive the Product in Original Unused Condition, we would do the alterations and re-delivery the Product to you at the same address provided by You when placing the original Order.

It is clarified that at the time of creating alteration request, users are required to confirm (via a check box click) that the product being returned is unused. If the product returned by the user is used or damaged, the user’s return alteration shall be declined, and the said product shall be re-shipped back to the User.  Further, in the event that the user fails to accept the receipt of the said re-shipped product, and we assume no liability with respect to the said re-shipped product.

We do not warrant that Product description or other content on the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and we assume no liability in this regard.
